PCT/Gyno question

I am three weeks into my nolva only pct 40 mg ed and I noticed a sore lump under my nipple.What should I do?I didnt have any problems while I was on my cycle.(Test E 500 mg wk)Will the lump go away?Please help

You appear to have a case of gynecomastia. Letro would be a good place to start, nolva only PCT is not the best idea imo.
