please recommend pct

in week 8 of my 10 week cycle. Before my cycle I got my nolva/clomid for pct.

Does anyone recommend anything other than clomid to run with the nolva?

weeks 1-10 500 mg test-e
weeks 1-8 300 mg deca
weeks 7-13 50 mg winny ed

running letro since week 5 at .5mg ed for bloat.

there are lots of things you can run instead of clomid. an AI or hcg would be addition

aromasin would be your best bet

20-25 mg per day

I might suggest that the Nolva is a little high. As far as I know Nolva is a compound that works at 20mg ED and is NOT twice as good at 40mg ED. 20mg ED should be enough during PCT. I would go:


day 1-31 20mg Nolva/25 mg aromasin
day 31-37 20mg nolva/20 mg aromasin

I personnally would also add Tribulus at 3G per day Mon-Fri as well, but that is just me.
