Im not sure if its true, but ive heard that when you get asked a question if in your head you ask yourself a false question it will work, like;
Tester: have you ever used AAS?
You: [in your head- do i like to drop weights on my toe] {im not in a creative mood today}
You: No
Then the graph may not change because you changed the question. Nooo clue if it works, i just read it or heard it somewhere.
Also i heard that if you believe it truth then it will be truth, so maybe every day deny taking what you have then when asked it wont be a lie.

okay i dont know if this has any truth to it but my friend was reading up on it and he had to take the test and he was readin up on how to beat it and he said that if you bite down on your tongue or on your mouth it helps to redirect your brains waves from the lie'n that your doing onto the pain so it doesnt show up as a lie... now dont go by my word this is what he told me and read up on i dont know if it works,,,, just thought id share the thoguhts

This works. I worked for me. First, I took a valium, secondly keep your
mind busy thinking. I was cursing the man & (question) &answer and
back to my bad thing (cusing ). He had dozens of fake diplomas on his wall even bartending, ect. Don't think I could beat a real test where they
keep you up a couple of days and then have some pro wire you up.

Polygraph tests are very subjective and have no standing in a court of law because they are so demonstrably unreliable. They measure how nervious you are. The interpretations are very subjective based mostly on the opinion of the examiner. Its voodo mumbo jumbo.
But do take a bunch of xanax and follow the advice given by Ufa and the others and the examiner will likely be fooled.

In my psychology class a couple years ago my teacher mentioned the tack in the shoe trick (basically same thing as biting your tongue trick) where you put a tack in your shoe before the test and towards the end of every question you push your big toe down onto the tac. You have to make sure you do it on every question so it looks like you're too nervous or that something is messed up. You wont pass the test but you wont fail either, because it's not your fault that your nervous while you're being grilled about your lifestyle :-D oh make sure you do the tac thing even on the stupid questions to start off. Ex:
Him: "Is your name Joe smith?"
You: (Step on tac) "Yes"
Him: "Are you 27 years old?"
You: (step on tac) "Yes"
My cousin who's an E7 in the military also confirmed this tactic to beat the polygraph Good luck either way

Not sure how this question pertains to the Steroid Clense product? But basically, if you belive the answer is the truth, then it is.

I beat one... it's not THAT hard. They only ask you three types of yes and no questions. You simply have to make your responses to the 'control' questions greater than those of your 'relevant' questions. Do NOT attempt to modify your behavior on the 'irrelevant' questions
And you will go over all the questions before you start. Before you start the tester will ask you if you've ever told a lie. You'll say yes. They'll ask you to tell them about it. They'll say "is that all?" No, of course not... but as you go along you eventually run out of things to tell them. This is a 'control' question. Because then they'll ask you while being monitored 'other than what we discussed have you ever told a lie?" Your answer is "no" and obviously a lie. When they compare the physiological response to a 'control' question vs a 'relevant' question, that is how they determine you are lying. So steady your nerves and breathe consistantly for the irrelevant and relevant questions. When you're asked a control question, simply tighten your ass, legs, etc just a little...change your breathing pace. So this response will be greater than the involuntary response that you will give by lying.
To recap (examples):
Control "Have you ever told a lie"
Irrelevant "Are we in the USA"
Relevant "Did you murder Mrs. Johnson"
