I use dymatize elite whey and if i want a gainer I add powdered oats to it. Steer clear of shop bought gainers they are just whey with loads of added sugar to up the overall calories.

Whey protein i pay £25 for 5lb and £9.99 for 10lb of powedered oats. If you mix in a 2:1 ratio you have yourself a PWO shake and it can be used as a gainer. you can buy powdered oats in the supermarket if you need them quickly.
