how do i take all of this do i buy a syringe and just measure it and swollow and do i actually inject?

You dont inject it. The products come with a pump on the top which delivers a measured ammount into your mouth. Some people prefer to measure the liquid with an insulin syringe or oral pipette and squirt it into there mouth. Im sure it will come with instruction. If you have any issues just post a thread in the ARR forum and LION (the owner) will advise you. He is very helpful.
