Quick question on clen......

I've already done a 2 weeker of clen before, and started to see results right at the end. I just started another cycle of clen, but have upped the dose, and plan on running a 6 weeker. On the 3rd week, do I still take the clen every day along with the Benadryl? I have searched this but didn't find a clear exp.

Yes. You are taking the Benadryl (diphenhydramine) to keep beta receptors up-regulated, so the clen does'nt lose effectiveness.
