You can also find an oral syringe in any pharmacy like at Wal-Mart or the like. The are over the counter and legal as they are mostly used to administer oral medicine to little kids.

You could use a normal needle without the pin, or buy a oral syringe from a drug store. They are usually where the children cough medicine is.
