Can AS make scrotum skin thicker?

No I dont think thats possible. However, if youre balls have shrunken the skin my thicken up. Like feel your nuts after you get out of a cold water, the skin will feel thicker.

I went to the dermatologist for jock itch. She said the skin on my scrotum was thicker from scrathing. But I didn't scratch much.
