muscle twitching????

ok...so the last few days ive been having my right shoulder twitch off and on. has anyone had this and know what or if anything to take? im not on a cycle or anything, just taking some creatine, NO booster, and trib. thanks bros

yeah like mini muscle spasms happen to me every once in awhile, not sure what causes them but i get em in my shoulders, tris, forearms, calves

yeah, its just kind of annoying. ill be laying there with my girl and her head is on my shoulder and then it starts twitching and she like...."what are you doing?" or ill just be working and it looks like im flexing and trying to show off

Not sure if it's true, but I've always heard its from a lack of potassium. Also wouldn't hurt to drink extra water, especially when taking creatine.

yeah, it may be from not drinking enough water. i didnt have any banana's around the house so i gotta go get some of those and down a few of those. thanks guys...it was just an annoying twitch
