Well it's time to change it up all together so I'm doing dog crapp starting monday. Anyone have experience with it if so opinions and insights as of now I'm going to follow the basic layout that he says to do and after a few weeks I'll add some new things in there. Just curious

Well started the program today I won't post any weights as of yet the first 6 workouts are going to be figuring out the weights to begin to use but from this workout I had to lower the weight drastically b/c of the negative reps but I gotta say it was rough I'll keep everyone updated as I go

ya, i am dc for life. It finally turned my gains into a downhill battle to say the least. I would give it at leaset 2 blasts before you start changing things. jmo

if he follows dc training then his workout is the dc workout, many threads about it.

btw iron is saying that labor needs to follow dc training by the book for some time (periods called blasts) instead of changing it himself. the workout is set a particular way because that is what works....in general, changing it up will likely take away its efficiency

Right I got what your saying I ment I had to lower the weight like I wasn't sure what weight to start with you know I can't do 225 for those reps like I would my niormal set so I had to change the normal weights. I will follow the book to a T until I'm well into the program.

Anyone else doing this method have troubles with the stretches mainly the shoulder and back. The should one is beyond me and he back stretch seems to reek havoc on my shoulder joints even with lighter weight
