How does my PCT look?

After 14 weeks of test and eq here is my proposed PCT:

7 days after last test shot im going to start HCG at 500iu for 10 days

The day after last HCG inject will look like this:

Days 1-14 100mg clomid, 40 mg nolva, .25mg ldex, 60mcgs clen
Days 15-28 50mg clomid, 40 mg nolva, .25 ldex, 60mcgs clen (running benadryl that week)
Days 29-40 40 mg nolva, 60 mcgs clen


Please let me know what you think about this. I just want to get everything going properly again. If there is anything you would change, I am open for suggestions.

what were your gains??

hcg should be injected at 5 days interval....3000 IU x 3 times
clomid 300 mg first day than 100 mg for 7 -10 days and thatn 50 another 7-10 days
and clen: you should start at 20 mcgs and ad 20 every day untill the sides are too heavy...

clomid is very important, so do not ditch it, and you have it planned on a good dose

I did a lean bulk...I am starting week 13 of a 14 week and I am up about 13lbs. But strength is up quite nicely.
