No nolva or clomid yet, letro until they come?

Hey my nolva and clomid arent here yet, and I just got off cycle 4 days ago of sustanon, I will have the nolva and clomid by wednesday, but until then can i run letro just to keep me okay until they come?

Well seeing as you have a couple weeks after the last Sustanon injection to start your PCT then yes it would be ok but remember you're likely to have an estrogen rebound coming off the letrozole so I'd overlap the Nolva at a higher dosage for about a week to be safe.

how high would you suggest I run the nolva for during the overlap period?

20-40mg/day. I personally would run 40mg/day for the first 2-3wks and then drop it to 20mg/day for 2-3wks, 2wks later have bloodwork done to see how things are going.

If you up the nolva dose to 40mg/day, should he take it all at once or spread out the dosage throughout the day?

Don't think it makes much of a difference but I prefer 20mg AM and 20mg PM just to be on the safe-side. Same goes with clomid, 50mg AM + 50mg PM
