I jsut used some of that nair stuff on my lower back. Worked very well but was irritated and itchy with a bit of a rash for 3 days. It went away. Will this always happen or just because it was my first time???
Also I wanted to try some on my chest but Im scared of the hair growing back THICKER and worse. Any ideas?
Will I get rash again on my chest?
THANKS

I find that nair gives you a rash sometimes but not other...it really depends on the condition of the skin at the time. As for your chest, it's really a gamble as to whether or not you will get a rash. I wouldn't shave it, i suggest nair or wax. Shaving seems to grow in thicker than the rest. -B-STRONG

Bro,
Nair hardly ever works effectively. The standard is shaving, but if you wan't finer hair... Wax.
Have someone do it.. use lotion before and after. It will hurt, but the results are longest lasting.

Nair works for me, although i only use it to get the bulk of the hair off if i have not shaved for a period of time. Then just regular shaving keeps it off, also nair seems to make hair come back thinner at least for me. It does seem to irratate my skin for a day or so...

There is Nair made for Men's hair. It's stronger, and you don't want to use it on your face, armpits, or genitals.
I use it on my chest, and works great. It says 5 minutes, but my chest hair is pretty thick and needs almost 10 minutes for it to work, but it clears it off. No razerburn, and hardly ever ingrown hairs (unlike shaving.)

Waxing your nutsack would be borderline suicide with that loose skin:owned:

Shaving will definitely make the hair grow back thickest, and nair and wax are about the same. Wax will remove the hair for a longer period of time, but will hurt like hell and could cause lots of little red bumps and irritation (it did with me). Go the nair route, doesnt grow back as thick and most of the time leaves the skin alright. -B-STRONG

I think I am going to give nait a chance. I always got a lot of red bumps from waxing that lasted a few weeks.
