Well, Ive ran SD once, not knowing enough, and only gained/kept maybe 10lbs.

But from looking at UpstateTank's SD log, he gained 25lbs, and should keep most of it. He ran it right.

I got enough SD left for 1 more cycle, so in a few months, Im gonna run it properly and hope I get some good stuff. It isnt as effective after the first time you use it, but I still think I will get at least a good 15-20lbs. Especially now that i know what im doing. lol

ok, so its the same as SD dreuxscott.

Look at Upstate Tanks log on his SD cycle. He did/is doing an excellent job.
