Hi every1 ! Ive read most of the topics in this sections but still im not sure what to do ;)
Ill do omnadren 250 cycle(8 weeks) and ill inject it every 5th day. After the cycle ill get clenbuterol for the cortisol but im not sure when i huv to start tamoxifen and clomid(and im not sure that its needed for this weak cycle) ? so can if its possible some1 to give me some advices :D ill be very greatful

Omnadren should be injected eod or e3d so that you can maintain blood levels, 8 weeks is a short cycle for Omna considering it takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks to be fully active in your system. Omnadren is usually run for at least 12 weeks bro and it doesn't sound like you've got enough for a full cycle
When your blood levels are bouncing all over the place sides are more common. Since this is your first cycle you should get some Test E or some Test C and run it at 400-600 mG for 12 weeks followed by proper PCT
No offence but it sounds like you've still got some research to do.
Don't jump the gun on this, do proper research and have your cycle and PCT well planned out BEFORE you start sticking yourself

Yes PCT is needed. You need to start it 18 days after the last injection of your cycle. PCT should look like this

Day 1-30- 100mg Clomid ED + 20mg Nolva ED

Also take note of the comments by Venomous, they are spot on !!!
