what did the guys in the 60's and 70's take for pct?hcg seems standard protocol today,but pretty sure they didn't use that back then.did they just do the standard nolva/clomid combo.If thats what they used it seemed to have worked for them or else they just stayed on year round.

The old style of PCT was to slowly decrease the dosage over time. This was thought to allow the bodies natural test levels to slowly rise as the AS decreased. This was not an effective PCT as even small levels of most AS are suppressive and test levels reamin supressed for a long time if pct compounds are not used. Many people still use this method usually based on the advice of "the big guy at the gym"

So the UK is awake :haha: In fact to add to my previous comment, I would put money on it that Clomid and Nolvadex were not even available or even developed then

I only just woke up, didnt finish work till 4am. I'm up to do cardio then back to bed!!!!
