In all honesty, my abs are barely decent. I've always felt like if I can get by with them, I'd be fine. I love lifting and training, but I hate doing ab work. But I've been wondering lately how much abs play into your agility, since core strength does help with speed I believe. So my question is if I'm looking to be a bit more agile, should ab strength be something I begin to heavily focus on?
And if it's the case, anyone know any great exercises for them out of the ordinary?
