Just found this article that's saying Fish oils are better than Flax. Dammit! I just bought a ton of Flax Oil too :

I've heard of the correlation before. It's why i've switched to fish oil and flax meal.

Flax oil is still good, its vegetable source use it, make sure to eat salmon and other fish to get the good ***** 3 and 6 oils.

Mercola is a bit of a dick in is toughts dont beleive everything you read.
