ECA and clen

I been doing some research on both of these suppliments, and I think I would be better suited for an ECA stack (at least as of now). Id also feel safer taking ECA, mainly because clen is illegal here and I know nothing about it. I know ephedrine is illegal too, but from what I understand its really not that bad for you as long as you keep it within resonable dosages. The dosages I have been seeing posted most often for ECA stack is about...

Ephedrine 25mg x3/ED
Caffeine 200mg x3/ED
Asprin 325mg x3/ED

Now im 6'4 and currently 295 lbs, so I was wondering if this should be raised at all because of my size...? Also, what brands are good to use and where can I buy them? I say your basic asprin at Eckerd today, will that work, or even excedrin? For some reason though, I couldn't find any caffeine at Eckerd, maybe I was looking in the wrong section. But whats a good brand of caffeine to use? And since Ephedrine is illegal in the US, I will have to order some online. Where from, and what brand? Oh, and I also purchased some Flax oil and B-100 suppliments today. Will those affect my ECA stack? Thank you

you can buy ephedrine in the USA. It is sold as a decongestant. Any aspirin is fine, same with caffiene. As long as you get the correct dose you are good to go. Dosage is not dependant on size. Some people tolerate stimulants well and others dont, it is not size related. I would just stick to the reccomended dose. No your supps will not affect ECA.

It used to be but the just lifted the ban about a year ago. You can that stack online already put together for you if you do a little searching on the supp stores. Good luck.

This is largely incorrect, but bears an element of truth. Permit me to explain:

It is still banned by the US Supreme Court, however, supplement companies have appealed this ruling at the state level, and some state supreme courts have overturned the ban making it legal within those specific states only.

Ephedrine and Ephedra are not the same, the former is essentially the alcohol component of the later. As Beast stated Ephedrine is both legal and available throughout the US, though it is weaker than Ephedra. Other good substitutes which mimic Ephedra include L-Tyrosine and Synepherine.

Yes, you can build your own stack from the component ingredients, and it isn't hard to find them...do some surfing.

No, Flax and "B" vits do not adversely affect the stack. Because of their properties, they'll actually augment it.

Lastly, another VERY good synergistic ingredient is Yohimbine, so good in fact that it is typically added or substituted as ECAY or ECY respectively.

Essentially what Magic said - you could drop the Asprin and sub it with yohimbine hcl. i did that and it found it better than your typical ECA. I also ran some ALCAR too, which i find helps.

Yohimbine should be included in the stack, but it is an added stimulant....

try vasapro or straight up E pills

i have been taking lipo 6, Yohimbine, and E pills for about 2 weeks now...down around 15 pounds with good diet and 30 mins of cardio a day

from what it sounds like u need to lose a lot of weight unless u are carrying muscle mass i dont know cause u state ur BF %

stick to cardio, low card diet with the stimulants and u will be good to go.

synephrine is an appetite supressent....its the main reason i take lipo 6 and i add ephedrine which makes it like the old xenadrine....

i only take LIPO 6 cause it curves my appetite, it is because of the synephrine in there. 20mg of it per dosing.
