I just want to make sure I'm using them right.
I'm bulking on a tren / test E cycle. Doing six meals, 3 w/carbs.I get up at 7:30 am and workout late afternoon.
Whey
glutamine
l-arginine
casein/whey
flax
I appreciate any input on any and all supps. THANKS!

The only things I can help you with are:
Whey: Immediately post workout
Arginine: I took mine 3x a day on an empty stomach...Once upon waking b4 breakfast, once right before lifting, and once before bed (I was taking 4g, 3x a day)

Nah, not for me...I like to get the vast majority of my daily cals from whole foods so for my first meal its a 10 egg whites + 2 whole eggs....and the last meal of the day usually comes in form of a pro+carb

Ive been eating 8 egg whites and a half cup of oatmeal. But first I have 20 grams of whey. Before bed I eat some pb or tuna and 1 scoop of micellar matrix. (whey and casein) I took a break for 2 days and lost 6 pounds...I'm PISSED!

ahh i kno what you mean...losing weight is so frustrating when your trying to put weight on :(
