please help me sort out my PCT

Hey, i've been reading a lot but still unsure on how to do this. i've got 3 weeks left on a 10 wk/500mg Test-E i've been taking 12.5mg Aromasin Daily, two questions:

1) keep running the Aromasin through PCT even the two weeks between my last shot and When i start Nolv?

2)i've got HCG on hand, i see some people say to start it the day after your last shot, some say do it the last two/three weeks of your cycle and some say to start it with PCT. can you explain what are the benefits of each please? seems to me that doing it these last 3 weeks would prepare me for production for when my cycle is up.
