Here's a picture of me back in November of 2001 when I had cancer. I had pretty much lost all of my hair, my eyebrows and what not. I was going through a pretty tough time as you can imagine. I was driving down the road when I saw this awesome truck that I had to have, so I bought it and drove away in it. I was weighing about 135lbs in this picture.

Great progress, all!

We all sometimes loose perspective on how we look, seeing ourselves every day in the mirrors at the gym. It's good to get a fresh perspective, on where you started and how far you've come, by looking at an old photograph.

If it weren't so painful, I'd put my 'before' picture up on my refrigerator for inspiration (and take it down to hide it when anyone came over!)

Let me dig one up for this thread: 150lbs => 270lbs.

You see cuts I see skinny. You know how it is. My arms there are about 12" or smaller flexed. Girls have bigger arms. :lol:

I competed gymnastics for about 20 years. The before picture at 130 I was still competing. I have always had delts from gymnastics since I was a kid. Gymnastics builds them from handstands. In the small pictures you can kinda see them. This is me at 145-150 right around when I quit gymnastics. My abs were filing out cause I wasn't training as much.

my uhh cuzins who are these knockout blonds (knockout meaning HATEFUL HURTFUL BICHES!) and were older than me :( took me when i was a fat 9yr old.. and held me down pulled my shirt off and strapped on my grandmas bra >< (HUGE ****ING NASTY THING) and then the other had a camera and snapped like 50FUXIN PICS! i was angry but coulnt do anything LOL

when i first started competing i didnt really do many weights as you can tell.....focused on cardio,then i weighed in a 65-66kg....now im 105+kg so the weight group has jumped from probs lightweight,upto heavyweight..feel a lot better and stronger...still need a bit more though!!

Yes they were.....as I was way too lean and still am.....However, Beast...I have no problem with you and you know that......but if you eed help cutting, let me know.....huge improvement from your initial start, but you just seem to be lacking the cuts you are shooting for in your most recent opics...
