how to use hcg?

i am doing a 12 week cycle, 12 week test enan 400 aweek, 450 deca aweek for 10 weeks, d-bol 30 mg for 4 first weeks, when using hcg? and how much??? i am taking clomid and nolvadex, just dont know how to inject the hcg
