HCG dosage and Mixing Question

I have 10,000 iu vile of HCG and 30 ml of bacteriostatic water. How much water do i inject in the vile? What is the dosage measure out to on a a u100 insulin needle if I want to inject 250 iu's a day? I'd figure all this out myself but I don't know the u100 slin needles capacity in milliliters. Also why does a u100 needle measure out only 50 units? Sorry, should have gone to nursing school.

the insulin pins should have 100 IU(that's 1ml).....if you dissolve 10 000 iu in 10 ml of water..that's 1000iu per ml....so you should shoot 1/4ml....that's 25IU on the insulin pin...you should have gone to school...this is just math
