Hey guys im 20yrs old. and i just wanted to chuck my pictures up for you guys too help me out. My weak points are my Chest/Traps IT SUX but im specifically targeting them to grow. my diet is clean (BULK) i dont know about bodyfat and my training is hardcore. im planning to Hit a 400mg a week of Test e for 10 - 12 weeks. theres 2 reasons
1) everytime my weight shot up id eat more but that has stopped going up for 3months now
2) Competition Time coming up :D
i know alot of guys will flame on me for being a bit young but this is somthing i want to do. my pct is all in tact NOLVA & CLOMID. this will just be a bulking cycle. couple people tell me to add deca but i choose to do a test cycle because as most of you guys say DO A TEST ONLY CYCLE TO SEE HOW UR BODY RESPONDS TO IT. so id rather listen to you guys over some nut at the gym

I mean you look fvcking great you dufus !!! :wg: You are right you are to young. You have a great base and you can do a lot more with it with the right diet. You dont need juice yet. Dont waste the potential of the juice by going for it until you really need it.

thanx kale lol i appreciate it alot. but i havnt grown since man. i blew up soo much in a period of time it felt like i was on the juice but now it stopped :(. i also want to do it for work aswell. Because im a Bouncer at a pretty Ruff club filled with Islanders :p

im Latin/Turk Weird Mix :p anywho ill show u my current diet
Meal 1) 12 Weetbix Milk mixed with 3 scoops of protein powder
Meal 2) 2 Chicken Breasts & Half a plate of rice
Meal 3) Steak & half plate of Rice with Cottage Cheese
Before Training Mix V with Creatine (WORKS WONDERS)
After Training either CELLMASS or PROTEIN SHAKE
Meal 4) Steak with Pasta and Cottage Cheese
Meal 5) 3 Fresh Bream (medium Size Oven baked) with 4 - 5 Potatoes (foiled and ovenbaked)
Meal 6) 6 eggs 4 whites 2 yolks
Before Bed) Protein Shake with 1 egg with 1 spoon of peanut butter mixed
Thats what i have been using lately.

looking great man. Keep up the hardcore training!! Diet looks pretty good too although I would swap the pro shake before bed for a nice juicy steak which will take longer to digest and keep you anabolic. If you do cycle at least you are planning something sensible with test and proper pct. Hopefully you will stay natty for another year but whatever you choose good luck,

Thankyou PerfectBeast. im not in a big rush to do a cycle. couple months i was thinking but if i do decide to turn to the dark side it will be proper strickt and also by the book Because Safety comes First. also can you tell my bodyfat percentage?

Your a smart dude !!! Bodyfat is hard to tell as we can see your abs and waste but I would say roughly 13-14% but thats a guess

if yur talkin bout tongans/samoans, they're natura;lly big dudes. norcal has a lot and the one's i know all have like 40 cousins and they all travel together.

I have to agree with Kale, at your age you have so damn much Test naturally you should be able to continue to grow. You have a fantastic base to start with....well done. Pay attention to your diet, that will make the difference for you at your age. Keep up the good work!!!!

Looking good for a young guy. I wouldn't sauce it up just yet, though. Let your body grow with good lifting and nutrition for several more years before you hit the juice. I think you'll be happier in the long run...

i suggest that when you do any kind of curls that you drop down right away and do 25 to 30 push ups.. this should blow up your tris in no time..
i always did e-z bar curl(4 sets) along with 25 to 30 push ups.. then i would do e-z bar preacher curl(4 sets) along with elevated push ups(feet up on a bench) with palms close together in a triangle form..
give this a try.. my triceps are fvcking huge now.. this should help you out alot.. people at my gym keep asking me what i do for tris and i tell them push ups and they never do them, but they keep looking at my tris every day. other then that you look great for your age.. keep up the good work..

looking good bro, at 20 you have a better base than most older bros. i gotta ask about the pics, did you take those after a bicep workout or are they naturally that pumped?

Your chest and traps don't suck... Both could use some density but that'll come with time. Overall it looks pretty symmetrical
I think your delts are behind tho...especially in leiu of your arm development.
Diet isn't too bad either...
And if you're as consistant as you say you are with your food intake i think it may be time to make modifications to your training to spark new growth.
Or at the minimum play with the kcal intake.. cycling it to shock new growth.

you look like my little sister, JK bro you look great and at 20 years old you are an adult and make your own choices. As a man old enough to be your dad I would say wait but if you cant well you are in the right place . good luck and keep us posted on your growth.

thanx guys for tha support. just to let you guys know my arm always looked that pumped the next day dont know why but yehh hehe. my diet has changed it now consists of 7meals (SINCE IM CLOSE TO HALFWAY OF MY CYCLE) and i am now 112kg bodyfat still the same. :D
