PCT refinement for 12wk Sust250 cycle

I'm going to follow this unless there are other opinions of amounts.

1-4wks - Clomid 100mg/ed
1-6wks - Nolva 20mg/ed

I have letro, just not sure how to implement it in this PCT.

PS. I am running 500mg/week e3d. I did get minor gyno, thus the letro.

I always run my PCT for about 4-5 weeks and on the first three to two days I run 300mg Clomid and 100mg Nolvadex.

After those two or three days I run 50mg Clomid per day together with 40mg Nolvadex daily for 4 or 5 weeks.

If you had minor gyno before I would do .25mg/d of letro for the whole cycle and all of the PCT. It takes a while for letro to saturate the body and in case of any itchy/puffy nipples all you have to do is bump it up to 2.5mg/d and your body will respond quickly since it is already fully saturated in your body. Gyno is nothing to play with...at .25mg/d it'll help and it'll also be your line of defense against gyno...and it's not such a high dose where it'll kill your sex drive or cause joint probs....
