I have been bulking for the past year or so without regard to bodyfat. It really was the definition of a "dirty" bulk, and I put on much unwanted BF.I recently started clen to help accelerate my fat loss and I am following a diet with approximately 2500 kcals, 250g protein, 70-100g carbs (excluding PWO).
Currently at 173 lbs, but my goal is to be at 180 lbs @ 10% by beginning of March. I know it will be a long road, but hopefully my dedication will achieve the results I want.
Tear me apart and for god's sake help me build my chest and shoulders!
Also, A BF estimate would be helpfull.:7up:

Critique me and give me some goals if you all can... I am very serious about my goal, so the next 2.5 months will (hopefully) yield extreme results.

lookin pretty good man, also when you are working chest or shoulders make sure those muscles are the ones being taken to failure. remember your goal is not to move the weight but to take your target muscle to failure so you may need to use less weight in order to focus on the muscle more. for example i can dumbbell press 110's but if i use 90's my delts will get a much better workout. also expiriment with different intensity tecniques to push the muscle past failure. just go in the gym, destroy your target muscles as hard as possible in 45min or so, then make sure they have plenty of fuel 24/7 so they can recover, and when the muscle is fully recovered repeat the process.
good luck man, and well done so far

wow, i was expecting you to be a fatty the way you were describing yourself, i would say 15%bf. you look decent tho, as you said shoulders could use some size (imo i like to do heavy db presses to add size, as well as lateral raises). ur back seems like its coming in, but start going hard on deadlifts if you don't already. your arms look soft right now but that could be due to the gained bf. oh, and post a leg shot

Lookin good bro!
I would say 16% on the body fat and you may be surprised how much the shoulders come in as the body fat drops.
Keep hittin Traps and concentrate on inclines for upper chest to get more thickness showing up there.
Your width is decent, wide grip pull ups and lateral raises to keep it that way.

I'd put you at 15%
Lookin good. Possibly look into pre exhausting chest as another route for growth.

I say 13-15%. You get less then 10% and you will see some abs
