Use imageshack (http://imageshack.us/) and check the resize option when uploading. After it is uploaded use the hotlink for forums (1) code. Just copy and post the code into a thread.

Looking good, but you didn't give us any before pics to judge progress.

yea i need to post some new pics. i havent done any "real" cycles but im on my 4th week of m1t so after the cycle im gonna post pics. im 5'8" 180 idk what my bf% is but its kinda up there:frown:
