As for the product, i have to say from what ive been reading it sounds great! But i am curious to know the recommended dosage of it. someone please inform me :scratch:

I guess it depends on how much you wana spend. Ive been running 6 caps a day with good results. Most others I think are in the 3-4 caps a day range with good results as well, I really couldnt tell ya if its worth the extra $ to run twice the normal dose or not.
could always start with 3 and bump it up later
