WORD OF ADVICE

do not take this stuff by itself...in a protein shake its fine, but by itself it literally takes like vomit...this shit makes gakic taste like filet mignon

is that on 100% whey chocolate mint, as i have just ordered that. whats it taste like.

Yeah, Optimum Nutrition. I have tried several other flavors as well. Vanilla was nasty, Rocky Road was good for a while, but then became to sweet, Double Rich Chocolate was pretty good, but Chocolate Mint is my favorite. It's all I use. Tastes kind of like a York Peppermint Pattie. With milk, it's great! I use it with water and it still tastes great though.
