I find it hard to believe that doc-scripted gear would come from UGL.

If this was doc-scripted, your doc needs his license to practice medicine pulled.

very generic labels, maybe it is from a compound pharmacy, i have seen stuff that looked worse because the compound pharmacies don't go out of their way to make them look beautiful, get in touch with the pharmacy.
