Of course natural, but as no fear says Diet! Stay consistant with your training, diet and supps, (protein, etc) and you'll make great gains. One other word of advise, do not overtrain!

Livestrong and Good Luck

wanna start training hard and put on weight.... the natural way!

why are you saying you wanna do it natural when in one thread you say youve bought some sust 250,then in another you say your just about to start a test only cycle.
i think you only said you wanted to go natural cus you dont wanna get flamed ......why dont you just eat some food:shrug: ?????????

The use of AAS wont do a whole lot for you in the long run unless you know how to train hard, eat right, get rest, and do proper PCT. I am willing to guess your knowledge on most of those topics is pretty low, so you are making a mistake if you think taking test is going to add a lot of long lasting muscle to your frame. You really need to gain experience and let your body grow naturally first. I lifted naturally for about 15 yrs before I started using AAS. During those years I went from 140 lbs up to 230 lbs naturally. You are much mistaken if you think AAS will get you to where you want to be without you investing more time.

agreed. to maintain the muscle added from a cycle diet needs to be spot on, along with PCT and training. diet on paper seems easy, but until you actually experience eating 5000 kcals a day, you wont be familiar with the routine.

if you are adamant on using steroids, make sure that when you come off, just drop the volume in training alittle, like a set here and there (for chest, if whilst on cycle you perform 3 exercises at 5 sets each, when you come off, drop back to 3-4 sets per exercise). continue eating the same amount of calories and the same amount of protein throughout PCT and for acouple of months afterwards, maybe even up the cals alittle.

go read up min the PCT forum until you have that aspect sorted.

you would likely be shocked at what you will gain from bulking WITHOUT steroids, but, good luck regardless

Definitely looks like you have juiced. Atleast to me... alot thicker overall, not just one muscle group. In a month... well, it speaks for itself. Goodluck though!

im kinda lost.......

when most people want to start a cycle with no propper education/diet/training,they get flamed massively.but this guy does all that and people are congratulating him.
you do look different.but if you have only truelly been training and juicing a month properly just imagine the results with propper diet/traing/sleep etc without juice.but its your health, life and whatever else,

oh what pct you got lined up,if any?

novadex and clomid.

Thing is though i was in reasonable shape and my body fat was how i wanted it. I dont see the reason why people would start on steroids whwn there bodyfat is too high etc, why not just wait untill it was how you wanted before you start. You say i could have had better results? well who said there results? i've only been on sus for just over 3 weeks now? its only supposed to kick in around week 5-6 and i havent noticed any strength gains at all? So it aint exactly a result its the beginning

yawn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what i was saying if you read it properly is if youve acheived that in 3 weeks almost natty, quit the gear and train properly for a year and you will look superb then try juice.

you must be a genetic freak of nature to change your body composition that much in a maximum of only 21 workouts imo
