i just recently injured my wrist and took 2 wks off to heal.
this is my first wk back. i am 22 yrs old, body fat?, 175 lbs.
i want to bulk up since it is winter, i wanna gain 20-30 lbs before spring/summer to trim up to be at 185-195lbs lean and mean mass
i plan on taking deca and test in about 2months and taking m1t to kickstart it

How does winter warrent high BF? better to stay in descent condition year-round so you can continuously grow rather than having to try and lose unnecessary BF throughout the year which in turn eats into large amounts of the muscle gained if the dieting isn't done properly..
This is the reason why ppl only make a few lbs difference in Lbm from year to year in most cases and seem to never progress.

yea thats just some of the "holiday weight" , so thats about the sloppiest i usually get. and i hear u on its better to stay in descent condition year round, so with that said diet and proper intense training on er' way
