Okay, decided I feel rather "anonymous" without posting some pics on here so here is some of me. The first is off cycle and 10 weeks into a 16 week cutting phase. Here I was fluctuating about the 14 stone (200lb) mark.

The second is a recent one of me at around 16 stone 5 (230lb). It was taken around week 8 of a bulking cycle.

I'm disappointed I can't post some wheel shots, but these photos were taken with a mates phone (hence the poor quality). Hopefully these will follow soon together with a back shot (my strongest bodypart).

Areas I feel are weak are chest and bi's.

I'd appreciate any comments/critique and any guesses as to BF% in both....

Cheers, bro.

They've always overshadowed my bis.

Any guesses as to BF?

Cheers for the comments fellas. Rather than quote everything I'll respond 1 by 1.

Yes I've got legs. They are currently a bit weak as I am on the waiting list to see a specialist for a knee problem. They've still received 10 years of attention, though so are not too underbalanced.

Cutting cycle was when I was off gear (about 20 weeks off). I started with 2 weeks of clen, but the rest was just diet (my take on the sticky from here) and CV. I'm an ectomorph naturally so low BF is easier for me than gaining muscle mass. Spring this year I plan on running test p and tren to see if I can combine cutting and muscularity gains.

Posting these pics was easier than I thought so I will try and post some more classic poses and get my delts/legs and lats up here for info too.

Sounds odd, but it feels theraputic putting a body to my name on this site, haha!
