started today. im just making sure i eat 8 500 cal meals...this is my diet so far today. but i dont sleep til about one so i have 2 more meals and a night time shake.

You have some good genetics it seems. Now just get with the bulking diet and put on some LBM. You probably wouldn't have to worry about too much fat gain it looks like.

okay so does it matter at all how much fat i have in my diet... but my dad is 50 and has never done anything athletic and has been smoking since he was 15 and just eats fast food and soda and still has under 12% body fat. but thats why i dont thing i can gain weight cuz my god like metabolism and all my friends say the same thing "i hate you" cuz i been able to eat anything and will be able to for the rest of my life.

Just have to eat like a madman. Im sure youre not taking in like 6k of calories. Take some time to add up your cals and then concentrate on increasing those cals graudually over the course of a month. Just have to eat like every 2 or 3 hours, eat until you think you could just puke because youre so full.

Thats some great detail in the back.. doesnt even match the front.. all though looks like you had some real bad lighting in the front pic.. so post another if you can.. all in all id say if you got seriosu with your diet and training you could be a damn beast

Do what I do when I bulk. I will go to Wendy's and eat 2 triples with everything on it and a grilled chicken sandwich. I think each of those triples is like 1000 calories each, not sure on the chicken. Im eating like that one day a week and going to the all you can eat chineese on saturdays. Still holding bf at no more than 12%.

Don't be so sure about that. How old are you? I was the same way until I was about 25, then the metabolism started to change, a lot.

Honestly, for me there is not. I know it sounds like it would make you fat, but with what I take I havent been going above 12% bf or so. If you look at my avatar, thats after a bulking cycle where I piled on 22 pounds in 5 weeks. For me its a matter of getting massive calories in there, and eating chicken breasts, tuna, rice, and potatoes only get you so far. Keep in mind, this is only once a week I eat like that. On a normal day I eat: 3 cans of tuna and a cup of oatmeal for breakfast, 2 and 1/2 chicken breasts and rice for lunch, 2 and 1/2 chicken breasts and rice for dinner, 2 chicken breasts and cup of oatmeal post workout, and overall 9 scoops of whey split up during the day. When Im bulking Ill up the carbs.

i have the same problem as you.i seemed to be 11 stone(154lbs) for ever and it became very frustrating.
when i was boxing i spent many many years eating a very clean diet to stay in good shape but really struggled to put on any size.
then not long back a bb'er told me to forget a 6 pack and eat eat eat anything and everything.my diet now is horrible and most people would prob blow up like a balloon if they ate the same as me.if you can find my pics youll see im smooth but not fat.and the extra stone and a half(18lbs)is thanks to kfc,mcdonalds,chicken sandwiches,weight gainer drinks and lots of spicy chicken.iv eased off the chocolate bars cus i started to get the odd spot on my back.lol.
sadly/happily it wasnt till i got to 30 my metabolism slowed down a little but not much.
so after all that waffle.lol.the advice id give is just eat anything you like and eat lots of it.theres no quick easy fix to a hardgainers problem.

everyones got some element of thier genetics to complain about...i think naturally skinny guys have it easy tho. all you have to do is eat. eat more than you do now, to gain weight...maybe it will take 10 000 cals a day, meh, buy a weight gainer..all you have to do is eat more, to gain weight. i think the wheels look alright tho, nice back. now bump up the cals, and get bigger!!

thats me before i got my tat. see those wrist bands on my wrist...those are from clubs in mexico from spring break 06...i wasnt 18 then so i couldnt have a tat...i got my tat of july 06. that pic is a little old...i havent seen the point of taken another back shot since im about the smae size i was there...maybe a lil smaller
