....my bottle of milk thistle says 1000mg, but this is what it reads under the supplement facts:
serving size: 1 softgel
amount per serving: milk thistle 250mg (silybum marianum)(seed)(from a 4:1 extract)(equivalent to 1000mg of milk thistle)**
Does this mean I am only getting 250mg per serving or am I getting the full 1000mg? Its kind of a big issue when I am wanting to take in atleast 1000mg daily (dont know whether to take 4 pills daily or just 1!!!)
Any info is appreciated, just wanted to make sure of the amount I am consuming, kinda confusing..........THNX
