When you guys take your ******* do you take it with food or without or both, what would you recommend??

I have read that it can give you an upset stomach if you dont eat something with it.

depends on the person, it didn't bother me, but the zinc can be too much for some..

easy since you are eating 6-8 meals per day... take them at meal time..

Spywizard, would the product have a abetter effect on the body and its purpose if the 3 pills are taken at once? Or do you think the outcome would be the same if you take 1 pill every other meal?

I guess what I am trying to get at is, what is the optimal way to take this stuff?

I dont know exactly how the LH works, but if this product is similiar to other compounds, you will want to have as much of an even input as possible, which would ideally be 1 pill every 8 hours.
