PCT Question

I've just completed my first cycle 13 weeks Test-e 600mg/wk for first 8 weeks and 900mg/wk last 5.
Start weight 188 lbs
Now 209 lbs (21 lbs!!):aaGreen22
PCT: 14days after last inj.
Nolva: 40mg ed 2 wks 20mg ed 2 wks
Clen
CEE
Multi V, vit.C 6gs ed, vit. E 1200IU ed, why etc...

Can't do clomid (sides). My question is, should I add l-dex or Exemestane (from ar-r)? If so, which one would be best? I can't get HCG or prov. either. Or should I just go with the nolva?

Are you dealing with any unwated sides? If not, then you should be fine. Id run another week or 2 of nolva @ 10 mg/ed to your pct, IMO.

No sides to speak of. Holding some water maybe a little bloated but that's it. The nolva should take care of that though. So, you think I should be fine w/just nolva? but run it an extra week at 10mg ed??

I think I'm going to add ******* too. This S**T is getting expensive I think I've spent close to total $800 on supps., gear, PCT over the last 13 weeks and this doesn't even include all the F***ing food I've been eating. Oh well it's only money right.
I'm thinking of adding it the last two weeks of PCT at 6 caps ed or should I run it the first two weeks? I don't know if I want to spend another $100 for two bottles even though the reviews have been great. F*** IT, there goes another $100. Maybe I'll start a thread if anyone is interested.

Ok I just re-read PCT by AR for like the 6th time. I can't get HCG.

"Lets add in an Aromatase Inhibitor! Which one, though? Well, since we are already using Nolvadex, we can’t use Letrozole or Arimidex, as the Nolvadex will actually greatly decrease the blood plasma levels of them (28)!

So we have to use Aromasin (exemestane) as our AI, because it’s an aromatase inactivator, meaning it makes estrogen receptors useless, and instead of just inhibiting production (as an anti-aromatase would do) it cuts off production totally. Aromasin can also cause androgenic sides (29)(30)(31), which may help to elevate your mood while you are on PCT. This final drug in my recommended PCT can effectively remove up to about 85%+ of estrogen from your body (32). Most importantly, using Aromasin together with Nolvadex doesn’t reduce exemestane’s effectiveness (33). So now, I think the problem of ANY inhibition possible with HCG is solved, and we can use that 500iu/day dose that I wanted to use previously."

So if I'm reading this correctly I should add exemestane from ar-r rather than l-dex right?

Or bc I'm not using HCG therefor no inhibition between it and the l-dex, it's ok to use l-dex and just increase the dose to .50mg ed to balance out the decrease in blood plasma levels??

Can some buddy please clarify??

Yeah I got in around 500 and I need to buy more sups. My friend wants to do some gear, I told him how expensive it was and he said "I thought it was like 100 bucks for a bottle?" It is but you need 2 or 3 bottles, plus AI, SERM, sups, and tons of tons of food!

lol yeah but if you can net 12-15lbs of LBM?? $800 I could have gone on vacation, lol. I do feel really great and stronger than ever so it's been worth it. Next time I'll know what to expect and budget accordingly.

Me too. Like I said I feel great, stronger, and look better than ever. I'll be taking this to the keys in a couple months and to Puerto Rico in July. Time to get cut!

add the exemestane so it doesnt reduce the nolva levels and this will help u recover better as well as help with libido possibly it will keep u drive as your test level return to normal. nolva only blocks the receptor and helps boost LH but aromasin inhibits estrogen, helps with igf and helps restore natty test levels this would be clutch especially on a 13weeker

I think I got it. I was just trying to be cheap going w/only nolva but this is my body and I've worked really hard for that 21lbs and I want to keep as much of it as I can and still be able to have great sex with the wifey!!
