Zink with PCT ?

Hi bros is it ok to take zinc with PCT ? Say 50 mg a day to help the prostate out and all so help with any estrogen rebound when coming off the ai's ?

I don't see why not, I am taking about 60mg/day from my ******* during PCT. I don't think there are any vitamins that could harm you during PCT.

Thank bro just wanted to make sure. I know ZMA is good put it puts me to
sleep its the magnesium like smoking a joint so i will buy separate vit's except the mag to try and get the ZMA goodness if you know what i mean thanks for your help.
