Bros I have been getting some nasty stomach pains!!! I have been lighting it up around here. I dutch ovened my girl yesterday and she almost fainted on me!!! Does this go away or am I going to have to get off! I was training someone and I had to rush to the toilet; looked like the scene from dumb and dumber!!!!!!

Ah yeah the ol Creatine Blast. Drop your dose of both creatines to about 3grams a piece for a week or do one dose either before or after at 5 grams till your tummy gets used to it.

I think Im going to drop the3 KreAlalyn for a few days and stick to the V12 only before workout! This is killing bro!

I'm going to drop it for a few days and see if it's that! I also take BCAA's, glutamine and multivitamin. The only new thing was that!! I am going to stick to the Sans V12 preworkout and I will also take the Larginine3g's in am. I will see how my stomach feels!! Thanks fellas!
