i have been lifting naturally since 92' and started out 145 lbs. i am now 225 and reached a max lift of 385.. but am stuck. have always thought about using something and now have come to that point where i really want to. the problem? i have no idea what to use (looking for power and fat burning) and when to use it.. also if you can buy them from here somewhere (this website). what i need is the right direction and the cycles and how they are used, without going through all of the pages on this forum.. which i don't have the time to do.
