My pic after 11 months of training consistently.. have done one cycle of just fina at 75mg eod and 50mg winny ed.. i gained a solid 12lbs and lost 1 or 2 percent body fat..

I currently am around 215 at 5'9" and approximately 15% body fat..

Dude...no offence but you look likea swoled up Eminem :) J/K bro. Very nice chest delt tie in, great guns...may be the pic but it looks like you need a little work on the lats. Other than that no flames, looking good.
