I have ordered several times in the past but a month ago when I went to place an order 2 Credit cards I used always came up declined. It was for a small amount so either of them should have been fine. I got my stuff elsewhere.
I have now gone to place an order again and used a 3rd card and it too is declined. I tried to use the contact us form on the website but its been 3 days without response.
Lion, sorry to post here but I would really like to re-order some of your awesome products. My rat only has a few pounds left to shed for summer and wants all the help he/she can get.
