you should have askd that in the 1st place mate instead of just what?
do not stop working out mate thats a no no..........
some people lighten up the loads of their workouts others do not and try and push just the same.........
each to their own mate you should see what works for you, just like everythin in this game its trial and error.................:wg:

i still try to lift heavy as sh*t, up my carbs and protein on my pct, then work out intense for 45 mins to hour max and only work out 4 days a week while on pct. then ill cut post pct

Keep the intensity up, that's the most important thing.

I keep seeing differing opinions. Some lower intensity, some up the intensity, and others don't even train at all during PCT. I understand where everyone from each viewpoint are coming from. So I guess it's mostly how you feel. If you feel you're not doing anything but wearing your body down during the PCT stage due to testosterone levels bottomed out, then don't train. Or don't train as hard as you normally would. All boils down to how you personally feel.

NOT TRAINING at all would be a huge mistake, I think. jesus, you'd lose everything you gained, that makes absolutely no sense to me. muscle, more than anything, adheres to the old addaige " if you don't use it...you lose it!!"

cut down to a 3 day split, mon/wed/fri
-example-
monday
incline bench press 2 sets 8 reps
dips (elbows out) 3 sets 10 reps
abbs (giving ur tris a rest)
skulls 2 sets 10 reps
dips (elbows in) 3 sets 10 reps

wednsday
lat pull downs 3 sets 10 reps
seated rows 2 sets 8 reps
over head press 3 sets 8 reps
up right rows 2 sets 8 reps
shrugs 3 sets 10 reps
curls 3 sets 10 reps

friday
squats 3 sets 10 reps (quads parellel!!)
leg press 3 sets 10 reps super set with leg ext 1 set 15 reps
take a breather
stiff leg deads 2 sets 10 reps
if ur not tired yet leg curls 2 sets 8 reps

this routine worked great for me, the key is to train fewer days but keeping up the intensity and doing less exercises each day. your body cannot recover during pct as it did while on cycle so i wouldent train as hard during pct
