something is wrong with that second picture my arm looks like a fu@king toothpick, honestly they are about 17 (cold)

Seriously you have a great base there. Muscle looks pretty hard and proportioned. Shoulders aren't overly broad but some heavy back and delt work will change that up nicely. From your pic I would guess your BF to be somewhere between 12-14%...but overall that's not bad...you look like you'd lean up nicely...and you're not plagued with those dreaded love handles :) Keep up the solid work bro.

Seriously that is a great base to have ... with only over a year of training having 17 +inch guns isnt too shabby ... do u have any cycles lines up already? great start ya got going, keep it up.
