Pct Is Quite Confusing!!!!

Ok running test e at 500mg e.w. 12 weeks. Nips are already kinda puffy after week one, ordered some letro that should be here in a few days and ive got 20 50mg pills of novla right now. Any suggestions as to what i should do and how I should handle pct? I did search for it but after a while they all seem to say the same things that i'm too tired to grasp right now..

First off make sure its gyno and not just you bloating up from eating more or a little extra fat. Eigther way i run letro at 0.25mg a day, take it at night to reduce the joint pain.

When you first wake up in the morning look at your nipples, are they alright then? Mine in the AM are fine, but by the end of the day i took in so much sodium, cards, food in general that im a little bloated some days and you can tell.
