pct: do u guys take it all together @ once in one sitting (eg. clom/nolva etc)

or do u split it up into smaller doses throughout the day

example- 50ml's clom in the mornign and 50mls @ night.

All at once...these particular drugs have a cumulative effect...no need to split dosing with these.
