just wondering if anyone has tried it and what the results were?? its mad expensive for the amount of servings they give you but i am intersted in the time released part of it. any input would be awesome, if not what creatine do you recomend

Time released creatine is really a waste. IMO I would reccomend you using a micronized form of creatine such as Prolabs Creapure. It is cheap and works.

Save your money bro. Your just wasting it. Just buy a cheaper creatine.
