First pic is at 240 and shows progress down to 225. only took a month and half NO DRUGS!! Last pic is like 2 months later at 220
Edit: I am going to be updating this thread with pics every week or so I just posted some new ones down a couple posts. People let me hear what you think I am open to criticism and complements so feel free to speak your mind
EDIT #2: (4-25-07) down to 220 and finally got some good pics so scroll down and check them out, abs starting to pop out maybe i should start working them out now?? oh ya also threw in a pic of my wheels, the lighting not the best but you get the point

the wheels are pretty solid, squating over 400 helps that but I have really long legs (i'm 6'3") my quads are 25 inchs in diameter dunno if thats good, i get complements on my calves all the time they are over 17inchs compared to my ankle which is under 10inchs
my camera sucks balls i'm gonna have my girl take some pics with her camera
I should be posting pics every week or so trying to get down to 8% bf for the summer

Awesome progress, your diet is obviously spot on if you lost that much BF, without much noticeable loss in muscle. How much did your waist size change?

Diet is good, 5-6 meals and 1 shake a day.
Diet includes lots of egg whites and lean meats (chicken breast, lean steak, lean pork, tuna)
Complex Carbs only 2 meals before and after workout (oatmeal, sweet potatoes or black beans)
lots of green beans and veggies
Waist lost about 2 inchs, minor loss in strength. Results could have been better I live in a party town and go clubbing 1 or 2 times a week, bad I know but i'm in college and i love ***** :)

Just completed day 2 of my HST routine, I LOVE it so far. Basically I am doing a full body workout MWF and cardio on tues thurs and on the weekend if I feel like it.
Doing 2 sets of 15 reps for each body part and I feel like the weight is going to peel off fast because I have never had the intensity in the gym like I got right now! I am going balls to the wall and I am so exhaused when I'm done I know I'm burning a shitload of calories.
Workout today went....... (only 60 seconds rest between each set/exercise)
2x15 reps dips
2x15 reps pull ups
2x15 reps 30lb DB curls
2x15 reps machine bench press (no spoter for BB)
2x15 reps 25lb DB front shoulder raises
2x15 reps 20lb lateral raise aka beer mugs
2x15 reps 245lb Squat (almost puked)
2x15 reps 225lb deadlift (alost puked again)
2x15 reps 185lb shrugs (could have done more but I was feeling sick)
2x15 reps low rows
2x15 reps tri push downs (had to stop because I was really about to puke)
did not complete the rear delt, calves or abs because of feeling sick

ya it is the HST routine, just started it but I have a feeling my gains are going to be very impressive because i have been doing the same out workout for awhile now. good to switch it up and I know one thing if I don't put on alot of muscle I am going to be lean as hell because this shit is exhausting

Weight is down to 222lbs today strength has gotten alittle better. I am on the 10 rep part of my HST and put up some decent numbers today at the gym. Bench 225x10 (slacking) Squat 315x10 (The last 2 were hard as hell)
Here is alittle sample of my diet, it seems to be working awesome for me
Meal 1 10am - 1 scoop protein, 6 eggs (5 white, 1 whole) w/cheese, Coffee
Meal 2 12:30pm - Chicken breast with green beans w/cheese italian dressing
Workout 1:00-2:00
Meal 3 - 2:15 2 scoops protein, 1 banana
Meal 4 - 3:00 Chicken breast, 1 sweet potato
Meal 5 - 5:00 Lean beef or pork with green beans or broccoli w/cheese
Meal 6 - 8:00 Lean beef or pork with green beans or broccoli w/italian dressing
Meal 7 - 11:00 Tuna with mayo and 1 serving peanut butter

Look really good, about the arms, being so tall, it will take a while to get them filled in but when you do, that length combined with size and they'll look incredible. Keep on with the great progress, keep up us updated on your progress....Livestrong!

I got bored and made this, more like brad pitt on a real cycle lol
I couldn't work out for 2 weeks and the test prop is pumping and I'm really bloated right now and look like shit. I am back in the gym today and back on my diet (was eating like shit) so I should have some pics pretty soon of me around 230 with around the same body fat as before (220 pic)

Ok so let me know if this sounds normal to you guys.....
I'm in college so after finals i was stressed and went back home (moms house) to relax for 2 weeks. no access to a gym and ate pretty much anything i wanted. I figured i had been stressing my body by very low carb and extremely intense workouts so i figured it need to recover
so the last time i weighed myself i was 219 after my 2 week break my first day back at the gym i weighed 239 (lol i could not believe it) i figured it was mostly water weigh and it seemed to be because the next workout was 234 and ended the week at 228
back on the diet and been on test prop for like 2 weeks so i'm sitting at about 226, abs look the same as when i was 219. strength is up alot one reps squats up to 405 and than did a drop set of 225 for 20 reps
