So, if I understand this correctly, it is legal for me to order my PCT supplies and pins from AR-R and have them shipped to me in SoCal without fear of legal repurcussions?

Yeah, that's more along the lines of what I was asking for, as the sch. III controlled substance won't be coming in the mail; at least until I'm cool and "known" enough for someone to share with me a more reliable/cheaper source :)
